The Oklahoma Mini Sessions

So, here I am beginning to blog again now that I have moved to Oklahoma where the winds go sweeping through the plains…It’s the end of 2016, and I’m finally at a place where I feel I can move forward with my skills and continue my learning but be proud of how far I’ve come since April, when I started my LLC in Texas.

The Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in Cache, Oklahoma, is a sight to see. There is the Holy City, which boasts beautiful attractions like the Veterans Walkway and the World Chapel. It’s common to see and even be approached by longhorn cattle and bison, which can be a little nerve-wracking! I think the best part of it, now that I’m getting used to shooting there, is the beautiful bodies of water and unique views of the Oklahoma mountain countryside.

I was honored to take some old friends’ first family photos and meet some new friends along the way!

Christmas mini sessions turned out to be more fall-like because of the autumn colors I wasn’t expecting but was pleasantly surprised by.
