Richmond maternity photographer
Jordan said I made her feel like a goddess. She pulled the words, “QUEEN,” out of my mouth with almost every single pose as her Richmond maternity photographer. She followed every bit of advice I suggested on my maternity session blog post here, and chose outfits that flattered her, got her hair, makeup and nails done, and we had a blast. Even though Axel wasn’t in his usual agreeable happy self, I played Mickey Mouse club music, and we all made him laugh.
Jordan’s first dress was from Mama Bump Rentals. I will always recommend renting outfits from them if there’s something specific you’re looking for that I might not have in my client closet. I fixed Axel’s suspenders by pinning them since they were a little big, and off we went!

Jordan wanted a boho feel for her photos with just her and baby girl Arrow. So, I added in the pampas grasses for the other two setups. As your RVA photographer, I will give you plenty of time for your session so that if you need to sit down, cool down or eat a snack like Jordan did, you will never feel rushed. Mama and baby’s health is paramount above anything else.
Since Jordan is having a girl, we incorporated shades of pink in her session in my Midlothian, VA photography studio. Baby Arrow is going to be truly spoiled in my studio in a few weeks!! I can’t wait to be her Richmond newborn photographer too!
